To return a product to Henri Lloyd you need to send an email to info@henrilloyd.co.uk stating your advice number (found on the note you received with your delivery) and that you wish to return some/all of your products.
You will then be emailed instructions for a return, an address to send to and a unique ARN (Authorised Returns Number).
You will then have to return the product to us by using the correct address. The cost of returning the unwanted items will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
UNWANTED ITEM - UNDAMAGED
If the product is undamaged and within 28 days of purchase then a refund will be authorised. This process will normally take no longer than 48 hours.
UNWANTED ITEM – DAMAGED
If the item has been deemed damaged by you, then the product will be returned to you with a covering letter stating the reasons for return if necessary. This process will normally take no longer than 48 hours.
FAULTY ITEM
If an item is returned to us as faulty, our Q+A department will make a full assessment on the garment and will fully credit your account when this process is complete.
Refunds are only for the items you purchased. You will not be refunded for any postage and packing that you are charged, or have incurred.
