All the products that we have for that department will then be shown over a number of pages.
To look at the other products in that department click the numbers below the last product or the “NEXT > >” button.
If there are no more products for that department, there will be no numbers or “NEXT > >” button.
If you wish to view a product in more detail, you can click on either:
a) the image of the product, or
b) the button “PRODUCT DETAILS >”
You will then be taken to the product and you have a number of options here:
a) click on the product to get a larger image
b) click on the boxes underneath the product to look at the garment in finer detail (this option is only available on certain products)
c) click on the colours on the right hand side of the product to see the item in a different colour
d) click to add the item to your wish list
e) click to email the product to a friend
f) select a size and a quantity and then click “ADD TO CART> >” to begin the buying process
If you click “ADD TO CART> >” the item will be added to your shopping cart.
If you then wish to purchase this product you can click “checkout” on the same line and you can then click through until purchase is complete.
If you want to purchase other products, you can select ‘continue shopping’ and you will be returned to the home page to begin browsing for more products.

You need to send an email to Henri Lloyd with details of the product to be returned and the reason for its return. The email address to send and information we require from you can be found by clicking the “CONTACT US” button on the left-hand menu of this website.
Henri Lloyd will then send you an email which contains instructions for return, an address to send to and a unique ARN (Authorised Returns Number).
You will then have to return the product to us by using the correct address. The cost of returning the unwanted items will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
UNWANTED ITEM - UNDAMAGED
If the product is undamaged and within 28 days of purchase then a refund will be authorised. This process will normally take no longer than 48 hours.
UNWANTED ITEM – DAMAGED
If the item has been deemed damaged by you, then the product will be returned to you with a covering letter stating the reasons for return if necessary. This process will normally take no longer than 48 hours.
FAULTY ITEM
If an item is returned to us as faulty, our Q+A department will make a full assessment on the garment and will fully credit your account when this process is complete.
Refunds are only for the items you purchased. You will not be refunded for any postage and packing that you are charged, or have incurred.

Yes. Our delivery company DHL require a signature.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
When your mail is delivered the item will be electronically scanned by the postal operative delivering the item to confirm it has arrived. A signature is not taken but the electronic delivery confirmation is used to update our Track & Trace.

If you are not at home to accept the delivery, the driver will leave a card with his mobile number so you can contact him to re-deliver the package at a more acceptable time (up until 9pm that day).
If you do not phone the delivery driver, they will try 2 more attempts (the next day and then the day after) at delivering the package before returning it to the depot. It is then your responsibility to arrange pick-up.
If the package is not collected within 4 days from the DHL depot it will be returned to Henri Lloyd. You will then be contacted by Henri Lloyd to see if you still want the product, if so, you will have to pay for postage and packing again. If not, we will refund you for the cost of the goods minus the postage and packing.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

As soon as you place your order, the information is sent to our distribution centre and the item awaits picking.
The order is then packaged ready for shipping. If your order is confirmed by 12pm it will be despatched that day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the following working day.
To check progress of your order, you can log onto your Henri Lloyd account and you will be able to track the progress of your order.
The carrier then collects the parcel for delivery and your item(s) will be delivered within 2 working days (UK) or 3 working days (International Deliveries).

Digital Signatures
Digital signatures are used throughout the system in order to ensure that transactions arriving at a gateway are from an identifiable merchant, and that any information passed back to the merchant is from a SECURETRADING gateway. Each signature uniquely identifies its source. Gateways also communicate with each other and with the control system using such digital signatures. In the event that a merchant's digital signature becomes a security risk (e.g. if their server is stolen), the appropriate signature will be immediately revoked and will no longer function within the system.
SECURETRADING is the official Certification Authority (root CA) for these signatures.
Encryption
All communication within the system are strongly encrypted using 2048-bit RSA encryption with variable 168-bit session keys (i.e. each transaction uses a new key). This is significantly (many billions of times) more secure than standard browser SSL security provided by, e.g. Internet Explorer. SECURETRADING encryption is also much more secure than that specified for the SET (Secure Electronic Transaction) protocol. The high level of encryption used is forecast as not being a requirement until the year 2015.
The encryption is of course totally transparent to the merchant and his/her customers.
